Brief Description:  Wingtip aft edge, edge alignment

These photos capture many hours of refill/realign efforts. Image 1 shows the micro/epoxy mix I used to rebuild and reshape the aft edge after splitting and reclamping it. After this mix cured, I sanded it down to a new nice trailing edge.

Image 2 shows that right trailing edge as it droops from the aileron. Image 3 shows the left wingtip...same problem, but not nearly as bad. I decided to leave the left side alone, and work the right side to match the left. This involved yet again removing the right wingtip, refilling the rivet holes, and sanding off portions of the upper flange as it mates in the upper half of the wing. I also rechecked the flap/aileron alignment across the airplane and made slight adjustments. This raised the wingtip to where it aligns much more closely, and nearly exactly matches the left side.

With all this done, I drilled new rivet/screw holes and pressed on.
