Only three photos here to capture a lot of work. After spacing and drilling the top camloc flanges, I deburred and countersunk their rivet holes and riveted them to the firewall flange. I then riveted the female receptacles to the flanges. I test-fit the top cowl--looks great.
I proceeded with the same job for the rest of the firewall flange, this to hold the bottom cowl in place. Kelli helped me hold the cowl in place so I could ensure I had the right gap between the cowl/firewall/fuse skin and the two cowls. I installed those camloc flanges just like the top cowl's flanges, riveted them on, and riveted on their female enclosures.
