Brief Description: Tested the anti-collision beacon

Finally finished installing the Aveo Red Baron (bottom) and Mini-Red Baron (top) anticollision beacons, and connected them to a battery. They work! And the synchronization circuit works perfectly! THESE SUCKERS ARE BRIGHT!
