Brief Description: Attaching the elevator horn up block
With the elevator horn up block positioned, I rechecked the elevator's up (stick aft) travel limits: 27 degrees, right in the 25-30 degree window. I drilled its rivet holes into the fuselage aft deck and riveted it in place.
