Brief Description: Riveted the front attach plate to the forward spar
Back to the empennage. With all the measurements good and the vertical stab truly vertical, I match-drilled the vertical stab's forward spar and spacer plate to the attach plate using the attach plate's holes as the pattern. Debur, prime, then rivet.
