We were up at 0600 this morning over to help my buddy Brent with a few rivets in his RV8. I wnet home and had a bit of breakfast then strarted in on the Sportsman. I marked centerlines on the nose ribs, main ribs and spars for the left and right flaps. I then cut/ formed and deburred the flap nose rib doublers and marked them in paris. I then fit them in their respective ribs and drilled the six sets of ribs. Good day of building.
