I match drilled the flap ribs/ doublers and guide arms first at 1/8th in then reamed them up to #30 per plans. I did find I was short on edge distance on the shorter guide arms so I drilled forward of the index hole to adjust for the issue. The longer track arms went fine. Our Saudi cat was supervising this morning. (Yes there is a story there)
