Brief Description: Prepare installation of wing root doubler
1. Marked end location of doubler 6ZU1-2 on existing doubler. 2. Cut existing doubler at future end location of 6ZU1-2. 3. Removed existing doubler portion near the wing root. 4. Notched wing ribs per dwg detail to allow installation of 6ZU1-2. 5. Filed notches, and fit 6ZU1-2 in position. 6. Clamped end of 6ZU1-2 in place. 7.Drilled through wing spar into 6ZU1-2, obtaining matching holes. 8. Clecoed and maintained alignment while holes were drilled. 9. When all mounting holes were drilled, removed 6ZU1-2. 10. Deburred, degreased, and primed with zinc chromate primer.
