Brief Description: Added mass balance protection to upper skin
I had previously drilled mounting holes in the upper skin protection plate when the lower skin plate was built.
1. Positioned plate on upper skin, and taped in place. 2. Back drilled mounting holes with #40 bit, clecoing each hole as it was added. 3. Opened holes with #30 bit for rivets. 4. Removed and cleaned plate. 5. Primed with zinc chromate primer.
