1. Drilled out aft vertical rivets holding port wing rib 7 in place. 2. Drilled out rivets holding aileron stop in place. 3. Drilled out first few inboard rivets holding flap in place. 4. Found center of hole to be added to aileron hole doubler. 5. Drilled pilot hole with #40 bit. 6. Opened pilot hole with 1.5 inch hole saw. 7. Deburred hole. 8. Positioned hole doubler over hole, and slamped in place. 9. Back drilled existing holes with #20 bit, and clecoed.
