Brief Description:  Added skin stiffners

1. Cut lower wing skin bellcrank stiffners to length from "L" angle.
2. Positioned rivet holes at ~40 mm pitch, per dwg.
3. Punched, and drilled #40 pilot holes in "L" angle.
4. Positioned in wing, back drilled #40 pilot holes and clecoed.
5. Opened holes with #30 bit.
6. Removed angles, deburred, and primed with zinc chromate primer.
7. Clecoed angles in place.
8. Cut "L" angle stiffners for lower wing skin to length, per dwg 6ZU4.
9. Marked stiffners with felt tip pen for position.
10. Positioned and punched rivet holes with ~100 mm pitch, per 6ZU4.
11. Pilot drilled with #40 bit.
12. Positioned in wing, and back drilled end holes with #40 bil, clecoing.
13. Drilled remaining holes with #30 bit, clecoing alternate holes, then opened end holes with #30 bit.

Note: Present plan is to leave the stiffners clecoed to the skin from the inside, until this skin is removed. At that time, the clecoes will be moved to the outer surface, so they can eventually be riveted from the correct side. We'll see!
