Brief Description:  Replaced master relay

I experienced failure of the master relay. Toggling the master switch would do nothing. At first, I thought possible the battery was simply discharged, and was unable to pull in the relay.

Charging the battery did not solve this. I checked the voltage at the relay coil, and found it present, and likely sufficient to activate the relay. There had been some rather odd noises when the relay was activated, during its last few functional cycles.

I removed the relay, and found the coil resistance odd. My conclusion was that the relay likely failed due to the voltage/current surge when it was deactivated. I replaced the relay, putting a spike suppression diode and capacitor accross the coil, and a suppression capacitor across the contacts.

The relay now appears to function correctly. I will keep an eye on it during ground test, to insure a larger relay is not in fact needed.
