Brief Description: Install seat bottoms
|
|
1. Locate seat bottoms 6B18-6.
2. Mark rivet lines on each, 10 mm from edge.
3. Drill pilot holes 10mm in from each side, with #40 bit.
4. Using a rivet fan, establish and center punch 25mm spacing.
5. Pilot drill with #40 bit.
6. Locate rivet line on front seat panel 6B15--4 and rear seat panel 6B5-1, per dwg 6B18.
7. Locate center for seat bottoms on front line, and equal spacing from the arm rest on the rear line.
8. Position seat bottom on front rivet line, back drill with #40 bit, and cleco.
9. Establish position on rear rivet line, back drill with #40 bit and cleco.
10. Open holes with #20 bit for A5 rivets.
