1. Located flap actuator mount 6B19-10 and flap mount gusset 6B19-9. 2. Clamped flap actuator mount to 6B5-1, and back drilled exising holes with #20 bit. 3. Added four additional #20 holes to allow for structural of actuator mount, two on the side, and two on the top. 4. Pilot drilled hole patterns on gusset with #40 bit. 5. Clamped gusset in place. 6. Back drilled pilot holes in end of gusset throught side skin with #40 bit, and clecoed in place. 7. Back drilled upper holes through actuator into gusset with #20 bit. 8. Clecoed in place. 9. Back drilled #40 holes through gusset, lower back panel, and actuator mount, then clecoed. 10. Opened #40 holes with #20 bit for A5 rivets.
