A nasty job. The part wants to rotate while it is being drilled!
1. Held aft control horn vertical with square and masking tape. 2. Positioned fwd aileron control horn, 6DS1-4, vertical with square. 3. Pushed aileron control horn back against 6B17-6, and torque tube forward into 6DS1-4. 4. Carefully holding everything in alignment, slowly back drilled through aileron control horn into torque tube on port side. 5. Cleaned resulting hole, and temporarily installed AN3-4 bolt to maintain alignment. 6. Repeated process for stbd side. 7. Removed AN3-4A bolt, and passed AN3-14A bolt through assembly, temporarily fixing in place with a lock nut.
