Brief Description: Attached baggage floor to fore-aft stiffners

1. Marked fore-aft rivet lines, one 90 mm either side of the center line, between the upper channel and the forward baggage bulkhead, on the baggage floor, per dwg 6B16.
2. Marked and drilled pitch 40 rivet locations, using #40 bit.
3. Marked center line on one side of two short "L" brackets.
4. Positioned the first on the stbd side, under the rivet holes made in step 2 above.
5. Back drilled through center of "L" angle with #40 bit.
6. Marked intersection of front of "L" angle with front of 6B16-2, center seat back.
7. Removed "L" angle, removed portion extending beyond the front of 6B16-2.
8. Located rivet position 10mm back from the front edge of 6B16-2, and 10 mm from the edge of the "L" angle.
9. Center punched and drilled with #40 bit.
10. Replaced "L" angle, and back drilled into 6B16-2 with #40 bit.
11. Opened all holes just made with #30 bit for A4 rivets.
12. Repeated steps 4-11 for port side.
