I kept having problems with the canopy not coming down in alignment with the striker plates for the locks. Nothing in the plans seemed to help. In frustration, I turned to the photo guide, and voila! there was a nylon guide on either side which needed to be installed.
I never did find this in the plans, nor did I find the material in the kit. I brought a suitable nylon block, and cut two guides (one for either side). I installed them with a couple of self-tapping screws each.
