I must hold some sort of bizarre record for breaking Zenith canopies. Here we go again: at least, having done this several times, I have a pretty good idea how to do it.
1. Removed rivets holding canopy closeout. 2. Positioned canopy on canopy frame. 3. Drilled pilot holes in canopy into existing holes in frame, clecoing as holes were drilled. 4. Removed clecos and canopy. 5. Opened holes with fiberglass bit to final size. 6. Clecoed back in place. 7. Installed screws and closeout washers. 8. Riveted canopy closeout back in place.
