1) Reworked cutting tool, adding a spring to keep the cutting wire taut. Wire was sagging under heat. 2) Reduced width of foam on passenger seat to 17" by cutting 1/2" off all sides. 3) Cut foam for pilot seat. Lack wedge pieces; placed on order. 4) Went over installation with Aleta; incorporated her suggested changes. A) She agreed to accept seat cushion as one piece, rather than two pieces. B) She agreed that canvas should be bonded to lowest piece of foam. 5) Cut canvas for passenger seat and marked location of foam and velcro. 6) Checked with Aleta on which piece of velcro should be on canvas, which on aluminum. She doesn't think it makes any difference, either. 7) Installed velcro on passenger seat canvas. I'm going to allow this to cure until tomorrow morning, and check it then for adhesion.
