Brief Description:  Began cutting foam for seat cushions

1) Built hot-wire cutter from variable voltage transformer, wooden jig, and safety wire.

3) Cut one layer of green, tapering bottom end.
4) Set in place in aircraft for trial fit.
5) Cut one layer of blue, cutting bottom end to length.
6) Set in place in aircraft, over green layer.
7) Made jig to cut lumbar support.
8) Cut lumbar support from blue,
9) Set in place in aircraft.
10) Entered aircraft to check comfort. So far, so good.
11) Cut second blue layer, and set in place in aircraft.
12) Cut pink layer, and set in place in aircraft.
13) Cut two pink side pieces to length, and set in place in aircraft.

I want to sleep on this, and have Aleta check it. I may ask her to sit in the aircraft, to assess if we need a neck support, and/or a second layer of pink.
