Brief Description: Cut plug to sit behind prop flange to position cow
To position the cowling, so the prop flange would be centered in the cut out in the cowling, and extend beyond the cowling, I decided to make a plug to fit behind the flange.
1) Marked scrap wood for 9" circle, and 2" cutout in center. 2) Cut 9" circle with jigsaw. 3) Cut 2" hole in center with hole saw. 4) Reduced thickness of plug with table saw and belt sander. 5) Cut plug into two pieces. 6) Jammed into position behind prop flange.
