While the primer set on the bracket I worked on the fit of the cowl at the spinner flange. You can see in the picture that the bottom cowl angles a bit. A straight edge or flat plate fits the center top and bottom just fine. The plan is to tape up the top cowl and use filler in this void.
Well it did not go as planned. I did not mix up the filler thick enough so it kept sagging so I gave up trying to reposition it and will let it cure and sand things down and start over.
