Finally have a cowling that stays on without clecoes, well almost, the bottom Camlocs still need to be installed. I had a couple of rivets that the countersink was too deep. I filled these holes with epoxy flox, once set I will re-drill the hole and make a new counter sink. The countersink cage just did not sit well on the curve of the cowl and this made it bite in more I think.
