Brief Description: Mounted nose wheel tire and tube
Well the new tube from Desser was here when I returned from work. Oddly enough the stem on this tube is also off center. I also noted that the two tubes are not shaped the same the Desser tube is what you would expect, perfectly round, but the Van’s tube is oblong giving it a wider flatter shape. The Desser tube valve stem was closer to center than the Van’s tube so I mounted the tire with the Desser tube. I will do some research to find out why the different shapes for a tube with the same size markings.
