I called Van’s and Ken said to snug the canopy forward, with the latch it is ok for the canopy to actually touch the roll bar, I told him snugged up give me about a ¼” gap vice the ½” I had and he said use the ¼ inch to fit the Plexiglas. I wanted to get the latch and handle together to see how the new position will work. I can’t seem to get the bushing to fit over the shaft of the handle and it does not fit in the notch of the latch arm, I can’t tell from the drawing if it is supposed to fit in notch or just ride on the shoulders. I sent and email with this picture to ask about the fit.
