Brief Description: Drilled for nut plates on new console assembly
I am on a roll, another day with time in the shop though today it was only 2 hours. However I spent 6 hours reading and researching about electrical systems. I don’t count this in my time to build, I keep track of actual time in the shop, but the electrical system design has been taking a lot of time.
The only thing I did was to mark and drill the holes for nut plates for the screws that will hold the panel in place. I then used the handy #8 nut plate jig to drill the wings for the nut plates. I did not like how flimsy the forward vertical piece was so I added a stiffener to it.
