April has been a bad month for getting things done on the plane. I went to SnF for a few days and between that and work I was not home much this month. Today I managed to prepare the battery tray for the rear installation. When I went to test fit the tray I discovered that they QB kit came with -08 nut plates instead of the -10 size called for in the plans. I drilled out the bad one and installed the proper size plates.
I am waiting on some info from SnF but I have narrowed down the engine to the IO-360 horizontal induction. I will either go with Eagle Engines with the ECI Titian or go with the Lycoming from Van's. I joined the group buy for the WW200RV propeller with governor. With these decisions out of the way it is time to order the finish kit.
