Well after supervising the carpet installation I got down into the shop for a couple of hours work. I worked on the left brake line the goes from the center coupler around the cockpit and to the fitting that goes down through the gear weld mount. I was amazed that I did this one right the first time. My only concern is making the last flare on the upper part of the line, I could not get the tube all the way into the flare stop due to the sleeve interfering. I think the flare meets tolerances but I will have the EAA tech guy over one of these days sometime soon to do another check of my work, I will get his opinion and go from there. If I do have to make a new line it will be easy now that I have one made. It is far easier to copy than to make one of these lines. I think what helped with this line is I used a coat hanger to approximate the line shape.
