Brief Description:  Installed and set torque on (L) gear weld moun

Today I attacked the challenge of installing the nuts on the bolts of the left gear weld mount. Last night I tried to see if my wife’s arm would fit in the spar gap but that was not going to work. Today I tried to figure out some other way to accomplish the task. I could reach most of the nuts with a wrench so I taped over one side of a box wrench so the nut would not fall out, then held that with the nut installed tight against the bolt and turned the bolt head enough to get the nut started. The one in the middle and center sections were the tough ones, I just could not reach enough to feel if the wrench was over the bolt. So I took my snaking camera I bought from Home Depot last year and set it up so it was focused on the bolt in question. This allowed me to maneuver the wrench into position. This actually worked out great, not sure if I will be able to duplicate it again. The pictures show the setup with the snake camera. I also removed the false spar on the right side. As I suspected I will have to remove the right side gear weld mount to open up the holes so the wing bolts clear. The right side does not seem to line up as nice as the left. The bolts on the left would go in and out without much effort; the right side takes some pressure. The holes between the front and aft parts of the spar do not seem to line up perfectly, it is like the front part of the spar sits ever so slightly higher. Maybe things will line up better after the gear weld mount is removed. I set the torque and marked all nuts with torque seal, I could not reach all of the interior nuts but they were also set to the proper torque.
