Another short day, I need to check that the bolts that will attach the wing do not interfere with the landing gear weld mounts. So I clecoed on the 804 caps and then unbolted and remove the wooden false wing spar. The bolt was 3/8 with some plastic tubing around it for protection. I then checked some of the bolts and sure enough it interferes with the holes in the gear weld mount. Looking at the weld mounts it looks like the step at the top of page 8-10 of the instructions was never done because there is still powder coating on the weld mounts, so nothing was done to clear the interference.
