Brief Description:  Part 1: Finished heat vent

I finished up the air vent bracket today, I had to make a brace so that the bracket did not have a lot of movement fore and aft; I used a section of ΒΌ tubing and just flattened and bent the ends. After test fitting this with some section of Scat hose loosely fixed I turned my attention to the nut plates that hold the trim module to the baggage wall.

I removed the nut plates and installed flush rivets to the holes that held the nut plates in place. I then used some low profile screws to hold the module in place. The nuts interfered on the end that the DB25 connects so I cut a section of aluminum and tapped the holes for the #8 thread, now the module is securely held in place and not more interference with the nut on the rudder pedal.
