Well the new stick arrived today from Van’s. It did not take long to make the new stick correctly this time. I had the messed up one for a template. In an hour and a half I cut drilled and test fit the new stick with the stick grip installed.
I have been working on the plane but it is research and not in the shop stuff. I am trying to work out where I will make connections for the stick wires to the trim, start module and flap relays. Once I solve that and get the terminal blocks I will need then I can get back in the shop. I have also drawn up the rear seat cover in to a Turbo CAD drawing. Having the saved copy will allow me to make new template if I mess up the first try. It is so big I need to print it out onto 4 pages and then tape them together. I may go to Kinko’s and see if they can print up the thing on large paper stock, they must they print blue prints out for folks
