Finally back home for a couple days, I am on one of my long stretches of work right now. Anita helped me re-install the rear canopy track. The brass hardware came in while I was away. I used brass for the 4 rear most holes, this because the remote compass is mounted on the bulkhead aft of the rail, the brass should not interfere with the magnetic compass.
I needed to finish the aileron boots; I made two more rings. Rather than try to sandwich the boot material between the ring and the fuselage I decided to make a second ring which I will sandwich the material between. This will make the boots easily removable in the future. I after I was done riveting on the anchor nuts I trimmed the excess material and test fit the boots. That is about it for today; I have tomorrow to get more work done before I go back to work.

I will need to add some wachers but this is the inside view of the test fit.
