I need to catch up on the log entries. I realize this is becoming more of a BLOG than just a log. I worked some more this evening fluting the ribs for the HS assembly except for the 404 and 405 ribs. These ribs are not pre-punched with matched holes so you have to wait to flute them. You have to clamp them into place then mark where the holes go so you know where to put the flutes. I still don’t get fluting, I manage to get the parts flat but it is a lot of trial and error. So far they seem to line up OK, only some coaxing needed for a couple of holes.
