This afternoon I finished the deburr process. I still had not smoothed the edges of the VS skin. I think because they are fairly smooth to begin with. I ran the edge deburr tool over the edges and then smoothed it a little more with a 2” scotch brite wheel, with one last hit with a scotch brite pad. The paint booth is now officially complete; I had to make the spacer for around the booth when it was under the garage door. As you can see from the photo, no daylight gets in around the unit. This should keep the fumes down; we will see tomorrow when I use it for the first time.
