Wow, this is like day two of the start of actually building the plane and I am already frustrated. First the directions refers me to DWG 27/27A and I do not have these drawings, mine are under a new number system that starts at 60, The empennage drawings are the same but the references have not caught up.
At any rate I started to flute the VS rib and for the life of me I can't get the thing to line up. I don't know if you can flute and unflute too many times but if you can I think I am getting there. I posted a note on VAF forum in hopes of getting some help. The instructions are not clear as to method of attack with the fluting, seems to be more trial and error. A Google search did not get me any where either, and none of the books I have help. I have one more to go. I have decided to quit for the night. I had to deal with a leaking roof today so this has not been a good day all around.
