Brief Description: Finished up wires to tail section
I spent several hours working on the plane today. I started off by putting a matte finish clear coat on the instrument panel. I can’t mount the switches until this is done. I want to get the darn turtle deck on and I still needed to run one more wire back through the tail. There are four wires that run from the Dynon 180 to the remote compass which is in the tail section. I ran the wires and then connected them up to the 9-pin D-Sub connector, along with the three wires from the OAT probe. That should finish up the wire runs through the tail section so I secured the wires with lacing cord. I am now ready to rivet on the tail skin once I find someone to run the rivet gun.
