Today I finished up the right flap installation. I riveted on the hinge half to the wing. I used a -4 opps rivet to fix the hole I oversized. I machine counter sunk the wing skin where the keeper rivets were and installed those rivets as well. Due to the buggered up hole I added another rivet on the opposite side for added strength, most likely over kill. The opps rivets work nice, it is very difficult to tell that they are not -3 rivets, from the outside that is, and you can see the difference in shop head from the photo. I also removed the center 5 eyes on the flap hinge like I did with the left flap.
