I finished up the inlet baffles today by installing the screws that hold the metal retainer in place. After installing the filter box with the filter and hooking up the alternate air door I installed the cowling.
I wanted to check the fit now that all the seals are installed. I was not as much trouble to install as I thought it might be but I did live a good gap between the baffle and the cowl which helps with this a lot.
I set out and tested the scales and they all check out, I should get the Weight and Balance done tomorrow or the next day.
