Today I finished up the GPS shelf. I am pleased with how it turned out. There is not good place on the RV-8 to mount the antenna on the outside of the plane so keeping up high under the cowl seems to work well for others.
In and attempt to get the engine done I looked things over and decided the baffle would not need to come off again so I set the torque on the case bolts used for the baffle brackets.
