I finished up the manifold pressure plumbing to the magnetos and this tested fine. Then I started to work on the SD20 standby alternator. I made the connection for the B-lead at the alternator but when crimping the field wire into the spade connector my crimp was bad. They don’t send you any spares so I called and have some new ones on the way.
I moved onto the spark plug wire pass through in the aft baffle. I am using some premade pass through that require a figure eight shape. This pass through allows you to get the plug wire through with the insulator cap installed then the pass through fills the void. All this took a while but they turned out good.
I wanted to test fit the baffles with the wires. I figured out how the wires are connected to the P-Mags now I have to figure out how to support these wires!
Amp meter connection. I hooked up a power supply to make sure I could read the amperage.
