I inspected things after getting the wings on yesterday, the loop I have in my Pitot/AOA line touches the side of the fuselage and wing root rib just a bit. I cut and grommet and slid it over the tubes to act as a bumper against the areas that wanted to touch, this should prevent an chafing on the lines.
I fit the right fuel supply line and once happy I installed the B-nut. I am suing an aluminum gasket made for AN fittings. I think my flares are good but just to be sure of a good seal I used the gasket.
In installed the fuel vent lines was well and set the torque on everything. The AN6 B-nut is set to 110 in lbs (this is the low end of the limit) and the AN4 B-nut is set to 50 in lbs.
