In testing my senders they both seem to not register any resistance at the low end (near empty) this is where you need them to be most accurate. I will address this after I can do some more research.
I cleaned up the mating surfaced where the tank cover will get sealed. The quick build shop used mucho proseal, more and much sloppier than I think I would have done. But as long as they don’t leak I don’t care. Inspected the interior with a snake camera and the only area I have a problem with is on one wing the tank drain flange rivets are not encapsulated enough. I will dab some proseal on here before I close things up for good.
I am using screws with an integral o-ring but the screws come with silicone o-rings which don’t do will with fuel. I had ordered Vitron rings but today realized they are the wrong size. I guess the tank sealing will be put off for another day. I was tired from my trip so I called it a day and went home.
