I began work on the mixture bracket. I took the channel stock used to make the forward tank attach bracket for my mixture bracket. I will have to order a new one before I can hang the wings. I drew the lines and started by using a step drill to drill the hole for the inside radius then rough cut the part out. I then used a file and sanding drum to get nearly to size. I drilled for 3 attach bolts, and test fit the bracket. I still need to make and rivet the angle that will hold the cable. I took the throttle bracket off to drill new mounting holes. I want to move it inboard some to give a little more clearance between it and the engine mount. My new holes are close to the radius so the nut and washer will not sit flat, I dropped it off at a machine shop to have a flat put on it, I really could use more tools but I will let the machine shop take this one.
