Brief Description:  Made bracket for Manifold Pressure fitting

Well I am mostly over a cold I have been fighting but had to do house chores before the plane. I cut the bolt off the end of the fitting I made but I could not see the hole I drilled in the bolt, I apparently did not go deep enough. I got out some small Dremel bits and ground enough away to find the hole. Well when I went to install my nice homemade restrictor bit I discovered the 45 elbow interferes with the cylinder, not sure why I thought I needed a 45, looks like I need just a straight nipple. I will take care of that later.

I then turned to making a bracket to hold the fitting that the manifold pressure line will connect up to. Van’s has a fitting with a barbed end, this way you can transition to the small tubing that their manifold gauge uses. Well my sensor uses a much fatter tube and the tube for the P-Mag is also large. I might just use the 90 bulkhead fitting and then attach the tube to a short section of aluminum tube. I will have to think that one over.

I am thinking of a stem of aluminum tube with the hose attached to it instead of the Van's fitting.
