I worked on organizing the wires behind the circuit breaker panel. I decided to split the wires after they come though the bulk head based on the rows they go to. I ran the wires through the respective clamps to test what size loop I will need to make sure the wires clear the inside of the compartment and there is enough slack to open the panel. I was ready to start hooking up the terminals but need to pick up some more shrink tubing.
This still does not include the wires for all of the instruments. I will do those last for two reasons. One I have more room to work without the main panel installed and two the panel will be the one area that I am sure will change in the future, having the wires bundles separately will help me remove and replace instruments. The one thing I have learned from other builders is the panel is one place upgrades get made and to plan for it, so that is what I am doing.
