Well I solved my issue with getting two lugs on the master relay. I did a novel thing and test fit the additional lug! There is no room for the lock washer but I discovered that B&C sells their relays with a star washer I am sure for the very reason I need one, it is the only way to get two lugs on the relay post. I need to pick up the star washer.
I then turned to hooking up more wires and ran into a dead end (need parts). I was going to start hooking up the wires to the switches on the right console, logic was I would get those done then work my way down to the circuit breakers. Well the tabs on the switches are difficult to get to and to make access to the circuit breaker better I decided to make the whole console wire connections with Amp connectors. I did this with the wires from the CBs that go to the console switches, now I have to do the same with the wires that go to the items powered through those switches. I need to run to the electrical store and get some Molex pins and connectors, thankfully I have one 10 minutes away.
