No mojo today! I started to install one of the bolts that hold the autopilot servo in place and realized that I need longer bolts. The newer kits like mine have the bell crank bracket formed in to the floor rib as one piece. I bought one of the first servo mounting kits; this was before Dynon realized that there are two types of bell crank mounts. The kit now contains the longer bolts, so I have emailed Dynon for the hardware I need.
In hopes of getting on a roll I worked on the flap motor wires. I attached some clips I recently found and then covered the wire in braided sleeve (snakeskin), and then clipped the wire in place. I then opened up the tooling hole in the F806 bulkhead and added a grommet. When the rear floor gets installed, the flap motor wire will come up through a hole in the floor and then aft through this grommet then be hidden with the flap motor behind the rear side cover.
Wire will come up through bushing in floor then aft thru the grommet.
