I almost made a huge mistake at this point. The plans tell you to drill the two most aft holes of the longerons prior to removing the F-1006 bulkheads. The purpose is to maintain the alignment of the fuselage while your drilling the bolt holes. I didn't quite grasp that concept and removed them prior to drilling any holes. Luckily I had used some clamps to hold them together, so they maintained their alignment! I didn't realize this until later and got scared that the skin holes wouldn't line up. They were a bit tight, but did align prior to match drilling (whew!).
