Brief Description:  Main gear rubber seal preparation

I am not ready to fix the frame permanently in the hull yet because I am waiting for some parts from PA, need to change out some standard bolts to drilled bolts and have to torque everything up. So I jumped ahead to Step 30 to 33 to get the gear rubber seals ready to install into the hull.
The hangar temperature was hovering around 10C and the rubber booties were stiff. So I took them back to the apartment and warmed them over the electric baseboards. As explained by "Florida Scott" in his build log there is no need to do Step 30, just use the hull FRP cut-outs you already have. I gave the contact cement about 10 minutes to set up and things worked like a hot damn! Only needed 8 clamps per.
Later while lying in bed I came to the conclusion that I had secured the rubber booties to the wrong sides of the retaining rings, so jumped up and tore them apart before the contact cement set.
Updated info from 27 April: Section 5 step 16.3 is clearly wrong... well actually not clearly, as you won't find out until Section 6 step 20 unless you read it here first... the Tail Wheel Retraction Cable is installed with the loop forward, the bushing goes aft. Do it correctly here or you will be unbolting your Boom Tube at the transom later and trying to pull the backwards cable up and out to reverse it, as I had to do.
